Description

IBA GmbH™ PBMC Isolationskit für FABian™ für eine reversible Zellisolierung, das unmarkierte Zielzellen liefert.

  • Das Kit wird für die Aufreinigung von PBMCs aus Vollblut oder Buffy-Coat in Verbindung mit dem FABian™ System verwendet.
  • Es enthält CD81-Fab-Strep (human), die Zellisolationssäule, den Zellisolierungspuffer, das Biotin für die Elution der Zellen sowie Röhrchen und eine Spritze mit Luer-Lock-Adapter.
  • Jedes Kit ist ausreichend für eine FABian™ Aufreinigung, um Zellen aus 9 ml-Vollblut zu isolieren.
