Description
Zur Verwendung mit dem automatisierten AKTA Start Proteinaufreinigungssystem. Das manuelle Injektionsventil ist ein Drehventil mit 6 Anschlüssen, das von Hand betätigt wird, um eine vorgeladene Probe in die Säule zu transferieren. Die Probenschleife (für die Injektion kleiner Probenvolumina [25 μl bis 5 ml] oder eine Superloop-Injektionsschleife für größere Probenvolumina [10 bis 150 ml]) lässt sich einfach an die entsprechenden Anschlüsse des Ventils anschließen.
