Description
Isopropylamine acts as a regulating agent for plastics and an additive in the petroleum industry. It is also useful as an intermediate for pharmaceuticals, coating materials, rubber chemicals and other organic products. It also finds application in binary chemical weapons in combination with isopropyl alcohol. Further, it is used as a solvent and to prepare other chemicals.

Isopropylamin wirkt als Reguliermittel für Kunststoffe und als Additiv in der Mineralölindustrie. Es ist auch als Zwischenprodukt für Pharmazeutika, Beschichtungsmaterialien, Gummichemikalien und andere organische Produkte nützlich. Es findet auch Anwendung für binäre chemische Waffen in Kombination mit Isopropylalkohol. Darüber hinaus wird es als Lösungsmittel und zur Herstellung anderer Chemikalien verwendet.

Mischbar mit Wasser, Chloroform, Hexan, Aceton und Ethanol.
Hinweise
Luftempfindlich. Kühl lagern. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln, Säuren, sauren Chloriden, sauren Anhydriden und Perchlorylfluorid.
