  • Vorgepackt mit rProtein A Sepharose™ Fast Flow zur Aufreinigung und Fraktionierung von IgG-Subklassen und IgG verschiedenen Ursprungs
  • Weist ähnliche Spezifität gegenüber der Fc-Region auf wie natives Protein A, allerdings mit besserem Bindungsvermögen und weniger regulatorischen Bedenken, da bei der Ligandengewinnung und Aufreinigung keinerlei Säugetierzellkulturen verwendet wurden
  • Durchschnittliche Partikelgröße: 90 μm
  • Kann mit einer Spritze, Peristaltikpumpe oder einem Chromatographiesystem verwendet werden
