1-Bromo-3-phenylpropane is used in the synthesis of MraY natural inhibitors as antibacterial agents. Also used in the preparation of quinolinone derivatives as potent and selective MAO-B inhibitors.

Anwendungen
1-Brom-3-Phenylpropan wird bei der Synthese von Mray-natürlichen Inhibitoren als antibakterielle Wirkstoffe verwendet. Wird auch bei der Herstellung von Chinolinon-Derivaten als starke und selektive MAO-B-Inhibitoren verwendet.
